About Relate Mode

The Relate mode allows you to correlate a specific region of interest (ROI), point of interest (POI), frame of interest (FOI), or frame of reference (FOR) between registered studies. The registered studies can be current studies or prior studies.

With Relate mode active, you can click on any image to create a relate point. The relate point defines the region of interest. All the groups will scroll to display a correlating region of interest.

Example

A thorax-abdomen scan contains different series covering the two main body parts (thorax and abdomen).

You activate Relate mode. You click a specific area on one of the thorax groups to create a relate point.

The rest of the groups covering the thorax volume automatically scroll to show the correlating area of interest. A relate point marker appears on each of the correlated groups.

The groups covering the abdomen volume do not scroll or contain any relate point markers.
