Changing Highlight Values for Tissue Definition

The highlight option lets you indicate which areas of the volume are considered inside or outside a particular tissue. The highlight is an additional color layer superimposed on the Angio and reference MPR or Volume Rendered images. You can control the pixels colored by the highlight using the center and width values.

NOTE: Colors cannot be seen on black-and-white monitors.

The highlight can appear in three colors:

Red: Indicates pixels that fall into the highlight center and width values.

Blue: Indicates pixels that are included in the current tissue. Not all highlighted (red) pixels will actually comprise the final tissue defined. The final tissue is defined by blue pixels that are a subset of the red.

Green: Indicates areas of the volume that have been removed.

To change the highlight values:

1.  Click the drop-down menu to the right of the Tissue Definition icon in the Tissue tab of the toolbar.

2.  Select Tissue Definition Parameters and set the Width and Center.
