Definition

Define a new vessel. Select a protocol type that matches the vessel to be segmented.

Select a vessel from the list for viewing, editing and measuring.

Mark points on any vessel and segment using the general vessel protocol.

Correction

Extend vessel segmentation beyond the existing end point.

Manually edit segmented vessel center line or contours.

Truncate the active vessel at a selected point.

Create a new vessel by branching from the active vessel at the location of the reference marker.

Recalculate the vessel based on manual editing.

Rename the active vessel.

Delete the active vessel.

Visualization

Hide center line and contours of all vessels.

Hdie orange overlay indicating segmented vessels and other vessel-related suggestions  in MPR displays.

Show/hide purple overlay indicating automatic protocol suggestions that have not yet been accepted.

Hide the rest of the 3D volume to isolate the segmented vessels and tissues.

Reporting

Mark a location along the vessel centerline as a bookmark.

Mark a point of interest:

Mark a stenosis type point of interest;

Mark an aneurysm type point of interest.

Generate a Vessel Analysis report.
