Creating a Curved Cross-Section

You can draw a curved cross-section for a specific region of interest on a result image.

You can change the spacing by right-clicking and moving the mouse. There are also sensitive squares on the result lines that you can detect with the mouse that let you change the spacing.

1.  From the MPR toolbar, click Plane Reformatting .

2.  Select an option.

3.  On the reference image, click the location for the starting point of the curved cross-section.

A vertex (handle) appears where you click.

4.  Click additional points to draw the curve.

You can remove the last point you created by using the Backspace key.

5.  Double-click the last point to finish drawing the curved cross-section.
