This window defines which prior studies to load automatically whenever a specific protocol is selected.
1. In the Load section, set the DP Load properties:
The quantity of prior studies to load. The studies can have identical modality, body part and/or study description. The most recent prior studies matching these criteria are loaded.
The base study (oldest matching study) of this patient with this modality.
For example, if you load a prior study of the head, the system looks for the most recent x studies of the head, where x is the number you enter in the Priors of the patient with the same body part.
2. Specify the Additional Prior Studies.
This option lets you configure up to three rules for selecting additional prior studies. If the check box next to a rule is checked, the rule is active.
NOTE: The Body Part and Study Description fields are configured to look at the synonym table in the central configuration and accept the synonyms. For example, if you enter the body part head, the system will also find skull and brain. See the system administrator for assistance in defining synonyms.
3. Specify the Custom Rules.
This option lets you select rules that are not in the user interface, but which have been saved by a system administrator in the central configuration tool.
4. Click Next to configure Monitor Settings or click Finish to save the changes and exit DP Editor.
