When you load a study from the Archive Explorer, you can load only images marked as key images, which are the ones that best represent a study. The Has Key Images column indicates if a study has key images belonging to it. This column has a Y or N value.
1. From the Archive Explorer, select a study.
2. Right-click and select Load Key Images or click Load Key Images 
from the drop-down menu of the Load icon 
in the toolbar.
The key images for the selected study appear in the Viewer.
If no key images appear, you are prompted either to load the entire study or cancel the load operation.
