Manipulating Images on a Defined Path

After you have defined a path on the vessel, you can manipulate the image.

NOTE: To perform actions on an existing vessel path, click Edit Vessel in the New Vessel toolbar to switch to edit mode.

Move along the vessel path

1.  Place the cursor on the cut-line of the vessel path displayed on the panoramic image.

2.  Drag the mouse to move along the vessel path.

Change the vessel path

1.  Click Edit Vessel .

2.  Drag the cursor to change the path of the vessel.

Change/fix the vessel contour

1.  Click Edit Vessel .

2.  Do one of the following:

  • Click the existing contour on the cross-sectional image, then drag to draw the correct path.

  • Draw a new contour on the cross-sectional image.

  • Draw a new central line on the panoramic image.

NOTE: The segmented tissue does not change. If none of the segmentation parameters were changed, recalculating the vessel does not take this change into account.

Recalculate the vessel

You can recalculate the vessel after you make changes (for example, after moving the central line).

  • Click Recalculate Vessel .

NOTE: If a vessel has been truncated, only the remaining part of the vessel will be recalculated.

Create a new path

  • Click New Vessel .

Click Display Vessels to view a list of previously defined vessels.

Truncate the vessel path

  • Move the cut-line to where you want the vessel to end and click .

Move the central line

Drag the in the cross-sectional image to the required position.

Reset

  • Click Reset to undo all changes.
