After you have defined a path on the vessel, you can manipulate the image.
NOTE: To perform actions on an existing vessel path, click Edit Vessel in the New Vessel toolbar to switch to edit mode.

1. Place the cursor on the cut-line of the vessel path displayed on the panoramic image. 2. Drag the mouse to move along the vessel path. |
Change the vessel path |
1. Click Edit Vessel 2. Drag the cursor to change the path of the vessel. |
Change/fix the vessel contour |
1. Click Edit Vessel 2. Do one of the following:
NOTE: The segmented tissue does not change. If none of the segmentation parameters were changed, recalculating the vessel does not take this change into account. |
Recalculate the vessel |
You can recalculate the vessel after you make changes (for example, after moving the central line).
NOTE: If a vessel has been truncated, only the remaining part of the vessel will be recalculated. |
