Previewing Key Images

In the E-Report Preview, you can perform actions such as adding, moving, or deleting key images. The E-Report Preview window is automatically minimized and resides in the bottom tray of the PowerViewer.

The default order in which key images are sorted is according to the Series Number and Image Number. A Key Image Group is assigned a new series number. However, the system recognizes the series from which each key image originates and allows you to sort the group according to the original series numbers (primary sort) and original image number (secondary sort).

Example

Several key images are marked and generated from the same group. The first portion of images is generated from the PowerViewer. The second portion of images is generated from MPR. The last portion of images is generated from 3D Data.

The images from the PowerViewer are shown first. The 3D images are shown next (sorted by creation order), and the MPR images are shown last (sorted by their creation order).

To Open the E-Report Preview Window to the Maximum Size

From the PowerViewer toolbar, click E-Report Preview .

Go to the bottom of the screen. In the PowerViewer tray, click E-Report Preview.

The E-Report Preview window opens and E-Report icons appear in the toolbar.

To Save Changes

Click Save All Changes .

Click Save Changes .

All changes are saved.

To Change the Order of the Images

By default, the order of images in the E-Report Preview follows the order of creation of the Key Images.

From inside the E-Report Preview you can manually change the order of the images. Placing the mouse over the top-left corner of the image in the E-Report Preview.

Drag the image into a different position to re-order the images.

To Minimize the E-Report Preview Window

From the PowerViewer toolbar, click E-Report Preview. .

From the E-Report Preview window, click or .

To Change the Layout of the E-Report Preview Window

1. Click Film Layout .

2. Select:

Portrait—vertical layout.
Landscape—horizontal layout.
Assorted—select any of the defined layout options.

Custom—click in the window and drag the cursor to create the desired layout.

3. Click Save Layout Changes .

The new layout is saved. The new layout is available the next time you open the E-Report Preview window.
