You can sharpen or soften images or a group of images displayed in the Viewer by using predefined values. If you save the images after enhancement, the images are saved as a new copy of the image or as a new group.
NOTE: The enhancement values are defined when your system is installed and configured. For details about these values, see the system administrator.
1. From the Viewer, select an image or a group of images.
2. In the Image tab of the toolbar, click Enhance 
.
3. Select an option from the drop-down menu.
NOTE: If you want to restore the original image settings, click the Normal option. All other enhancement options are relative to the normal settings for each selection.
