The PowerViewer application provides, by default, synchronization of zoom and pan parameters between linked groups.
Zoom and Pan parameters are synchronized in an absolute manner (based on mm-per-pixel information).
NOTE: In scenarios where the Zoom/Pan operation was performed on an image with mm-per-pixel information, but there are images in the linked groups that do not include mm-per-pixel information, then for these images only, the synchronization is incremental and not absolute.
NOTE: The result of the Pan operation will display the same ROI in each window.
NOTE: Zoom and Pan parameters are synchronized automatically across groups that are linked to one another. These groups can be linked either automatically, using the Link Tool or by the right-drag-link.
NOTE: You can deactivate the automatic synchronization of the Zoom and Pan in PowerViewer with a specific CFG flag.
Important: Please refer to your System Administrator or Philips Support for further details.
The default for the above definitions is Group Selection Mode. When you switch to a different selection mode such as Image or All or when the user specifically selects groups using the Ctrl + Click mode, then the behavior of the system should comply with these modes and not with the above definitions.
Image Selection Mode
Changing the zoom and pan parameters of one image does not affect any other image either in the same group or across groups.
All Selection Mode
Changing the zoom and pan parameters on one image does affect all other images both in the same group and across groups.
Ctrl + Selection Mode
Pressing and holding the Ctrl key while selecting several groups, changes the zoom and pan parameters of one image (of the selected group) and affects all other images from the selected groups, regardless if they are linked or not, and should not affect any image not belonging to the selected groups.
