NOTE: If a lock indicator appears next to a study on the worklist, another user has that study open. You can still load the study for viewing, but you cannot make any modifications. If someone loaded the study since you opened the Archive Explorer, you may not see the lock indicator until you refresh your display.
You can still transfer locked studies to a local client if you have reading permissions, or the targeted user/receiver has reading permissions.
During the transfer process, the study is temporarily locked. If a different user tries to access the study you are transferring, the user can only access the study in view mode (read-only).
