The fill option lets you fill cavities that are enclosed in all dimensions. If the regular tissue definition tools leave cavities that need to be part of the defined tissue, you can apply a fill.
1. From the Tissue Definition toolbar, click Tissue Definition Parameters 
.
The Tissue Parameters dialog box appears.
2. Select the Fill check box.
3. Click OK.
