You can use Realign Link to realign an existing link between:
two groups with different frames of reference, such as groups from different studies.
two registered groups.
The link realignment updates the volume matching between the registered studies. Realignment affects the registration in one axis at a time (the z-axis).
1. Press and hold Shift on the keyboard.
2. Scroll the linked group until you achieve the desired alignment.
3. Release Shift.
The realigned link affects all relevant groups. If you realign two groups that are linked to other groups, the link for all the groups is also realigned.
NOTE: You can apply Realign Link to linked groups with the same original frame of reference. However, the realignment is temporary. As you press Shift and scroll through the groups, you will see the changing offset between the datasets. When you release Shift and stop scrolling, the alignment returns to the original setting.
