Changing Presentation and Rendition Types

You can change the study, group, or data set presented in the PowerViewer window using:

• the Replace With function

• Patient Mini Archive

Changing Rendition Types

The rendition type of the selected series is determined according to the rendition type presented in the relevant window. If the window does not contain an image, then the data is presented as if loaded to the PowerViewer. The same applies to a group that has been dragged or replaced.

For example, the window presents an MPR type group. You change to a volumetric group (by dragging and dropping the group from the Patient Mini Archive, or by using the Replace With function). The new group is presented in the MPR type.

If you change to a non-volumetric group (CR, DR, localizer), the group is presented as if it is loaded to the PowerViewer, regardless of the rendition type previously presented.
