About Protocol Editor Tab

The protocol describes how you can color the 3D image and the volume rendering of the 3D image by defining classes. The Protocol Editor tab contains details of the classes used in the image that is being displayed in the Viewer.

From this window you can add a new class, delete an existing class, display all classes, change the lighting of the image being viewed, and see the graphs displayed in full view.

NOTE: In Tissue Class, if Tissue is defined, then it appears automatically as a special class with an additional option to select the Tissue Type.
