After you have defined one or more vessels, you can select which vessel to view.
1. Click List of Vessels .
2. Choose the required vessel from the list.
When you define a vessel using one of the automatic options, three images appear.
The original vessel that was defined.
A panoramic image displaying a graph of minimum diameter along the defined vessel.
Cross-section image containing three measurements: minimum diameter, maximum diameter, and total area. By default, the diameters are hidden, but you can right-click these measurements and then select Show Diameters or Hide Diameters. The cross-section image is automatically zoomed to display the contour of the vessel.
NOTE: Click a line on the cross-sectional image you want to move, then drag it to the location you want. The new measurements appear.
3. After you have defined the vessel, you can change the image type.
After vessels have been defined, you can use the Tissue menu to:
View the vessels that have been defined
Turn tissues on and off, regardless of which vessel you are currently examining
View tissue information
Save VOI
